I’m Dr. Seth Kaufman and it’s my overriding goal to help you achieve your most important career aspirations.

I can certainly relate to changing careers, as I began my own professional life as an attorney after earning my law degree from Northeastern University in Boston.

While that career was interesting and challenging, I was always wondering if there was more for me out there, more ways that I could help the world, and more ways to fully express my natural talents and abilities. Perhaps you feel this way too.

After much self-exploration and real world investigation, I changed career paths, and went on to earn my doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Drexel University in Philadelphia. Since that time, I have built up a successful psychology practice focused on career and life fulfillment issues.

focus has been Career Coaching

More recently, I again found myself looking for new learning, new challenges, and new levels of career fulfillment. Through my own work with a coach, I discovered that the emerging field of coaching, with its focus on individual strengths and future goal attainment, offered the new level of career satisfaction I was seeking.

Since 2003, I have earned both my Career Coach and Life Coach Certifications from the Life Purpose Institute in San Diego, as well as additional career coach training at New York University and the Mentor Coach Institute in Bethesda, Maryland.

Over the past five years, I’ve been coaching successful professionals like you to craft the career which is a perfect fit for them. I find it particularly rewarding to help seasoned professionals get to that elusive “next level” of fulfillment in their own careers and lives.

In addition to the 7-Step Model for Clarity and Results©, my approach to coaching is grounded in Strengths Based Psychology and the Dynamics of Successful Change. Based on my own life experiences, I also offer my clients a unique blend of creativity, pragmatism and wisdom.

I’m a member of the International Coach Federation, the Philadelphia Area Coaches Alliance, and the Center City Philadelphia coaches mastermind group.
